Who is Gabba?

I’m Gardiner Welch, the owner of Gabba Media, with over 25 years of award-winning editing experience. While I’ve worked across various formats and genres, my current focus is on short-format marketing and promo videos. I can assist with ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and motion graphics to achieve your marketing goals.

I also have a network of trusted vendors to meet any additional needs or complement your existing team. I’m a team player, so no worries there.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to repurpose existing assets, we’re here to make your content shine. If you have a unique format in mind, just ask – we’re here to help!

Life Beyond Video Editing

When I am not immersed in the world of video editing, you might find me playing ice hockey, tennis, or speeding down the ski/snowboarding slopes. These activities keep me active and invigorated, so I can be at my best for your project.

I am also a dedicated family man, happily married for 23+ years with two wonderful boys aged 14 and 17. My family serve as a continual source of inspiration and motivation in my life.
